Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date you received your package.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including packaging and labels.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the items will be refunded.
- Returns must be authorized before shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- A return shipping fee applies and varies by country (typically between €15.00 and €25.00), which is paid by the buyer.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, you may do so within the 15-day return period.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
- The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Damages & Issues
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@heartforsneakers.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Order Cancellations
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong product or size, you can request a cancellation by midnight on the same day of purchase. After this deadline, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
Exceptions
- We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
- Some items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned.
- Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns without justification, as long as items remain in original condition.
